C2CFORCE LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the data of merchants and users who install or authorize the Power BI Dashboard application (“Application”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information accessed through the Application.

2. Information We Access

When a merchant authorizes the Application, we may access the following types of business data from connected systems (such as Clover):

• Sales transactions

• Payment records

• Customer records (name, contact details if available)

• Inventory and product data

• Order history

• Operational metrics

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, or payment card numbers.

3. How We Use the Information

We use authorized merchant data solely for the purpose of:

• Generating business intelligence reports

• Creating dashboards and visual analytics

• Providing performance insights

• Supporting operational and financial reporting

We do not sell merchant data to third parties.

We do not use merchant data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Merchant data may be processed and stored using secure cloud infrastructure providers, including Microsoft Azure and related services.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Access to data is limited to authorized personnel and systems necessary to provide the reporting services.

5. Data Retention

We retain merchant data only as long as necessary to provide reporting services, comply with contractual obligations, or satisfy legal requirements.

Merchants may request deletion of stored data by contacting us at the email listed below.

6. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with third-party platforms such as Clover and may rely on cloud infrastructure providers.

C2CFORCE LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms. Merchants should review the privacy policies of those providers independently.

7. Merchant Control & Revocation

Merchants may revoke access to their connected account at any time via the platform’s app management settings.

Revocation will terminate further data access.

8. International Data Transfers

If applicable, data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our hosting providers maintain facilities. By authorizing the Application, you consent to such processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
